MPIL Corporation Limited will impose a 48-hour trading restriction following results release

MPIL Corporation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a trading restriction period will commence on October 1, 2026, and continue for 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
