Muller and Phipps India Limited informed the Stock Exchange on September 29, 2026, that the trading restriction period will commence from October 1, 2026, and continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
