Cybertech Systems will halt trading for insiders following quarterly results announcement

Cybertech Systems and Software Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
