Maximaa Systems closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement

Maximaa Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27 ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
