Federal-Mogul Goetze India will close trading window for insiders in October 2026

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited, a Tenneco Group Company, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until two days after a board meeting to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
