Indian Terrain Fashions closes trading window ahead of September 2026 results

Indian Terrain Fashions Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing in the company's securities from quarter ending September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
