Shiv Texchem Limited announced that at its 21st Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, members approved the regularization of Shruti Vyas's appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of one year, effective May 27, 2026, and the continuation of Shyamsunder Chokhani as Whole-time Director beyond the age of seventy years.
