Aavas Financiers Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sharad Pathak as Chief Compliance Officer, a Senior Managerial Personnel, for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 01, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and in accordance with Reserve Bank of India Directions dated July 31, 2026.
