HCLSoftware to acquire Robotiq.ai for EUR 9 million, expanding RPA capabilities

HCLSoftware, a division of HCL Technologies Ltd., announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Zagreb, Croatia-based provider of an Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) platform, for an Enterprise Value of EUR 9 million, adjusted for customary post-closing adjustments. The acquisition, expected to close by the end of November 2026, will add enterprise RPA capabilities to HCL UnO Agentic, extending its orchestration capabilities and allowing AI-driven workflows to automate tasks, and will be funded with 100% cash consideration. Robotiq.ai reported revenue of EUR 1.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, and has a net worth of EUR 0.8 million as of the same date.
