Heads Up Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons, including Directors and Promoters, and their relatives, from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
