Apcotex Industries will halt trading for insiders awaiting financial results declaration

Apcotex Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of its audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
