Manipal Health Enterprises Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, and will reopen it 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
