Paul Merchants Limited will close its trading window for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, become generally available, with the date of the board meeting to be announced later.
