Rushil Décor Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Rushil K. Thakkar as Managing Director for a three-year term, effective August 13, 2026, through August 12, 2029, at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. Mr. Thakkar, 33, is a member of the promoter group and son of Whole Time Director and Chairman, Krupesh Thakkar.
