Emforce Autotech Limited to halt trading following regulatory compliance requirements

Emforce Autotech Limited will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
