Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as the company’s Statutory Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
