KSB Limited halts securities trading for insiders ahead of quarterly results announcement

KSB Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors, officers, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
