DCB Bank Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the bank’s code of conduct.
