Axtel Industries will halt trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in October 2026

Axtel Industries Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for all designated persons in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, following approval by the board of directors.
