Abhishek Finlease closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Abhishek Finlease Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons, insiders, and employees, including their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
