Shriram Finance Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
