Contil India Limited closes trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026

Contil India Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, for all designated persons, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, by the Board of Directors.
