Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited announced the allotment of 1,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 15,00,00,000, through a private placement, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India on September 28, 2026.
