Humming Bird Education closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Humming Bird Education Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.
