Premier Synthetics Limited informed the BSE that its members approved the appointment of M/s. A H Mandaliya & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 146705W), as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five years, effective from the conclusion of the 56th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The appointment follows the retirement of M/s. Purushottam Khandelwal & Co.
