Roselabs Finance Limited to halt securities trading after September 30, 2026

Roselabs Finance Limited will close its trading window for its listed securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per the company’s code of conduct, Roselabs Finance Limited said in a filing to the BSE Limited on September 28, 2026.
