Unisem Agritech will halt trading post-results declaration, per BSE Limited filing

Unisem Agritech Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 working hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited. The company has designated National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the designated Depository Participant to restrict trading by designated persons, and the date for the board meeting to approve the half-yearly financial results will be announced later.
