Acrow India restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 financial results

Acrow India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public announcement of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company’s code of conduct.
