Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited, formerly known as Pooja Entertainment and Films Limited, announced that its shareholders appointed M/s Rahul Pramod & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 to the financial year 2030-31, at its Thirty-nineth Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026.
