The notification was disseminated to The Manager, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and The Manager, BSE Ltd, referencing Scrip Code: KARURVYSYA and Scrip Code: 590003, respectively, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
