Vani Commercials closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Vani Commercials Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and that the PAN of designated persons will be frozen by the National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) w.e.f. October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the declaration of the results.
