Indian Toners & Developers Limited to restrict trading ahead of financial results release

Indian Toners & Developers Limited will close its trading window for directors and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and regulations by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
