Ratnaveer Precision Engineering halts trading until after second quarter results release

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited will close its trading window immediately and until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will inform the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited of the board meeting date for approving the financial results at a later time.
