Mohit Industries Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
