Lead Financial Services closes trading window for insiders ahead of results declaration

Lead Financial Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
