Aviva Industries will halt trading for insiders following the September 2026 financial results

Aviva Industries Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to consider the financial results will be communicated later.
