Integrated Hitech Limited closes trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement

Integrated Hitech Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its Designated Persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations; the board meeting to approve the results will be held on or before November 14, 2026.
