Nexus Surgical closes securities trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited quarterly financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
