Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Limited, formerly A Infrastructure Limited, will close its trading window for designated individuals, including directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, and promoter group members, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.
