Craftsman Automation shares trading will halt before earnings release, per SEBI regulations

Craftsman Automation Limited will close its trading window for company shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
