Sakthi Sugars Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from the end of the quarter ending September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited quarterly financial results for that period, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
