Clio Infotech Limited to halt trading following quarterly results announcement

Clio Infotech Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board declares the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced separately, and designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during the closure period, with their PANs to be frozen by Central Depository Services Limited.
