Oceanic Foods Limited closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement

Oceanic Foods Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
