Alka Securities closes trading window per SEBI regulations, impacting securities dealings

Alka Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
