Jumbo Bag Limited halts securities trading for insiders pending financial results release

Jumbo Bag Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
