Advik Capital Ltd. will close its trading window for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
