Swarna Securities closes trading window for employees pending financial results

Swarna Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated employees and their immediate relatives, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026.
