Gagan Gases shareholders approved financial statements at the September 26, 2026 annual meeting

Gagan Gases Ltd said its 40th annual general meeting was held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, with shareholders approving the audited statement of profit and loss for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the balance sheet as on that date, along with the board of directors’ and auditors’ reports. The company also re-appointed Shri K.R Maheshwary as director and re-appointed Shri Dinesh Kumar Randhar as independent director for a period of three years, commencing September 26, 2026, and ending September 26, 2029.
