Business Match Services pledged shares in Centrum Capital to Minsol and STCI, filings show

Business Match Services (India) Private Limited reported creation of pledges on Centrum Capital Limited shares to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India, according to filings made on September 25, 2026. Business Match Services (India) Private Limited pledged 4,46,65,000 shares, representing 9.17% of the total share capital, and an additional 4,50,65,000 shares, representing 9.26%, to Minsol Limited and STCI Finance Limited, respectively, citing fluctuation in market price as the reason for the encumbrance.
