Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
